About Us

Grand Gallop story begins with a lifelong love of horses and a shared passion for riding. From a young age in France, I developed a deep appreciation for the equestrian world, learning dressage and jumping, and later introducing my daughter to the joys of horseback riding at the tender age of four. Together, we participated in countless shows, creating cherished memories that fueled our love for these majestic creatures.

Upon moving to the United States, my top priority was to find a club to continue pursuing my passion for horses and connect with the local equestrian community. Driven by a desire to address a shared struggle faced by many of my fellow riders: the cumbersome task of carrying saddles, I decided to create a solution to alleviate this common pain point for equestrian.

Saddles are bulky and inconvenient to transport, especially when combined with other equipment. This burden, further amplified by pre-competition nerves, can easily detract from the enjoyment of riding.

Furthermore, the distance between parking lots and clubhouses or barns often added another layer of frustration, transforming a potentially relaxing experience into a chore.

Additionally, protecting valuable equipment, especially the delicate leather of saddles from the elements and potential damage was a constant concern.

Frustrated by the lack of readily available solutions on the market, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Drawing upon my personal experience and understanding of equestrian needs, I embarked on a mission to design a saddle bag that addressed these key challenges:
